Transforming Gardens with  Ollas Pots

In 2024, I started making Ollas pots for the Nome Community Gardens and my home gardens. The ease of watering was eclipsed by the amount of water I saved. Living in a semi-arid climate like Colorado requires practices that save water and regenerate the soil. My Ollas pots have a top that can be reversed becoming a bee watering station. Contact me if you are interested in purchasing an Olla or two.

Glazing workshop was a success. Here's what Georgia Epstein, the Studio Manager and co-owner said, “Mary Cay’s Sustainable Ceramic Glazing workshop was among the most informative that we have presented at the TCC. In this age of disappearing ceramic materials, as well as the rising costs thereof, this workshop gave us the knowledge and the hands-on experience to delve into the wide world of resource conservation and glaze chemistry with excitement and confidence! Thank you, Mary!”
